1. Who we are

This policy is from Crewcab Systems LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as Crewcab (“Crewcab,” “we,” “us”). Crewcab was formerly named Byers & Co Marketing LLC.

This policy covers:

  • our website at https://www.crewcabsystems.com, including our call booking page;
  • text messages and phone calls between you and Crewcab; and
  • emails you send us and our replies.

It does not cover:

  • other websites or social media platforms, such as Instagram, which have their own policies; or
  • information we handle for a client while building or supporting their systems (for example, the client’s customer records inside their CRM). That information belongs to the client and is covered by our agreement with them. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business about your information.

Questions about this policy: [email protected]

2. The short version

  • You can send us information when you book a call on our website, or by text, phone, or email.
  • We use it to reply to you, hold the call you booked, send proposals, do the work you hire us for, and send the messages you agreed to receive.
  • Booking a call does not sign you up for marketing.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
  • We never share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone for their marketing.
  • Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts.
  • You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you. We will reply within 3 to 5 business days.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

Call booking. When you book a call on our website, you pick a time and give us your name, email address, phone number, business name, and a short description of what you need help with. If you check the box to receive texts, we also record that you agreed, when you agreed, and the exact wording you agreed to. Your booking is saved to our Google Calendar.

Text messages and phone calls. Your phone number, the texts you send us and we send you, call details (such as date, time, and length), voicemails, and records of your consent and any opt-outs.

Payments. When you pay us, we receive your name, business name, billing contact details, invoice amounts, and payment status. Card and online bank payments are entered with our payment processor, so we don’t receive those card or account numbers. Checks show your bank account details, which we and our bank use only to deposit them.

Email. Anything you include in emails to us, plus your email address and details your email provider adds.

Information from public sources

We may collect business contact details (such as a business name, owner’s name, business email, and business phone number) from public websites and directories, to contact businesses we think could use our services.

Please don’t send passwords, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through our booking page, by text, or in a first email. If we need access to your business systems for a project, we will set that up securely once we have an agreement.

Information collected automatically

  • Hosting and security. Our website runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical information about each visit (such as IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
  • Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see general traffic, such as which pages are visited, the referring page, device type, and how fast pages load. It does not use cookies or fingerprinting, and it does not identify you.
  • Booking requests. When you submit a booking, our website’s server (which also runs on Cloudflare) receives your IP address, browser and device type, and the time, along with your booking details.

Cookies and browser storage

Our own website code does not set cookies. Our website saves your answers to our short fit quiz, and whether you’ve already seen or closed the quiz, in your own browser’s storage so we don’t ask again and can fill in your booking form. This stays on your device. We receive your answers only if you book a call, as part of your booking. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance) to check for bots. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or social media tracking tools.

4. How we use information

  • To reply to you and discuss the work you asked about.
  • To schedule, hold, and follow up on calls you booked.
  • To prepare proposals you request.
  • To deliver, support, and invoice the work you hire us for, and to process payments.
  • To send texts and make calls you agreed to (see Section 5).
  • To keep records of our conversations and work.
  • To keep our website running and secure and to understand general traffic.
  • To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations and to handle legal claims.

Marketing. We send marketing texts only to people who agreed to receive them. We may send marketing emails to businesses that we think could use our services. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs. Booking a call never signs you up for marketing, and boxes are never pre-checked. We don’t run an email newsletter right now. If we start one, we will update this policy first.

AI tools. We may use AI assistants, such as ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic), to summarize requests, draft replies, and organize our notes. A connected assistant may read business emails or messages, depending on the access we give it. These providers handle information under their own terms. We will update this policy before we use AI with your information in a way not described here.

5. Text messages and phone calls

What we text. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Crewcab may text you about your booking, call reminders, scheduling, proposals, project updates, and invoices. We send marketing texts (such as offers or news) only if you separately agree to receive them.

How you agree. By checking the text-message box when you book a call, by texting us first, or by agreeing in writing in another way we record. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping texts. Reply STOP to any text from us. Replies such as QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT also work. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and then we will stop. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected] or telling us in any other reasonable way, and we will honor it within the time the law requires. To start again, reply START.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls. We may call you about your booking or a project. You can ask us to stop calling at any time.

Call recording. If we record or transcribe a call (for example, with an AI note-taker), we will tell you at the start of the call.

Your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us run our business (such as our texting provider and Google, see Section 6), and never for their marketing.

6. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for the purposes in this policy:

Who Why
Cloudflare, Inc. Website hosting, security, visit statistics, and running our booking page
Google LLC Gmail, Google Calendar (including bookings made on our website), Drive, Docs, and Sheets for messages, scheduling, records, and notes
Our business phone and texting provider Sending and receiving texts and calls
Payment processors (such as Stripe, Square, PayPal, or QuickBooks) and banks Invoices and payments
OpenAI and Anthropic AI assistants, if used (see Section 4)
Call recording or AI note-taking tools Recording or transcribing calls, if used, and only after we tell you (see Section 5)
Accountants, attorneys, and contractors who help with our work Only when needed for our business or for work you requested

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect rights, property, or safety, or as part of a sale, merger, or transfer of our business. If our business is transferred, this policy will continue to apply to your information.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. The limits on mobile information and text-message consent in Section 5 apply on top of everything in this section.

7. How long we keep information

  • Booking requests and inquiries that don’t turn into projects: kept only as long as they are useful for following up with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see Section 9).
  • Text and call consent and opt-out records: kept as long as needed to show you agreed and to keep honoring any opt-out.
  • Clients: kept as long as needed for the project, ongoing support, and our business, tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
  • Invoices, payments, and contracts: kept as long as tax and other laws require.
  • Service providers: they keep copies under their own schedules. When we delete information from our accounts, our providers remove their copies according to their own policies.

8. How we protect information

We use HTTPS on our website and booking page, give access to information only to people who need it to do their work, and use reasonable safeguards, such as the security settings our providers offer. Anyone who helps with our work must agree to keep information confidential. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

9. Your choices and requests

  • You can browse our website without giving us any information.
  • You can email us instead of booking online.
  • Reply STOP to stop texts.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing emails.

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we have about you and give you a copy;
  • correct it;
  • delete it; or
  • stop sending you marketing.

Email [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm it’s really you, usually by replying from the email address or phone number you used with us. We will reply within 3 to 5 business days, and we will complete your request without unreasonable delay and within any deadline the law sets. If we have to keep something (for example, tax records or proof of an opt-out), we will tell you what and why.

Some U.S. states give their residents specific privacy rights, and many of those laws apply only to larger businesses. We honor the requests above for everyone, wherever they live.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We don’t track you across other websites or sell personal information, so we don’t change anything based on these browser signals.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are for businesses and adults 18 and older. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Visitors outside the United States

Crewcab is based in the United States. Your information is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the dates at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page before it takes effect.
